What happens after I send this?
Someone reads it during business hours and calls or emails you back. If the description is detailed enough we can usually give a scope and a ballpark range on that first call, and tell you whether it makes sense to bring the vehicle in for a full estimate.
Do I need photographs?
They help enormously. If you have them, bring them or mention it and we will tell you where to send them. Photographs of the damage from three angles plus a wide shot of the whole vehicle answer most of the questions we would otherwise have to ask.
What does the estimate cost?
A collision estimate carries no charge and insurance walk ins are welcome. An RV systems estimate covering slide, awning, water, electrical or generator is $150, applied as a credit against an authorized repair. An in depth diagnostic is 1 hour at $285, also applied as a credit.
My vehicle is not drivable. What then?
Say so in the message. We will talk through flatbed and heavy tow options and tell you exactly where on the property to have it set down so it does not have to be moved twice.
